Here is what Omo collects, why we need it, and the choices you have. We keep it practical.

What we collect
When you make an account, Clerk provides us with account details such as your name and email address. We also receive the inputs and files you choose to send to a workflow, plus basic usage records such as which helper ran, when it ran, and what it cost.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and improve Omo, run the workflows you request, keep track of credits and billing, prevent abuse, and answer support questions. Stripe handles payment checkout for us.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not build advertising profiles from it, and Omo does not run third-party ads.
Payments
Stripe processes card payments. Your full card number goes to Stripe, not Omo, so we never see or store it. We receive only the details needed to confirm a payment and update your balance or purchase.
Storage and browser data
Omo uses Neon for database storage and Cloudflare for parts of its hosting and delivery. Those providers may process data for us so the service can work. We use cookies or local storage for things such as your authentication session and basic site preferences.
Your choices and contact
You can choose what you send to a workflow. If you want to ask about your data or delete your Omo account, email support@omo.space. We will verify the request and help from there.
